Then we turn the focus to customers. Who are they? What do they look like? Who is your best customer? Why? What is important to them? Who is your competition? Why would someone buy from you vs. the competition?
When we're done we go do our homework. We then develop a strategy, present it to you, determine how we will measure the results and go to work implementing the plan.
